"I’ve been with State Farm for over 10 years and have always had a positive experience. They’ve consistently been timely with appointments and helpful when answering questions over the phone. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was disappointing. I had an appointment scheduled with Blanca, but she called to reschedule because someone else had been booked before me. I asked how that was possible since I was originally given the 4:00 PM time slot, and she explained that it may have been held by two people. However, when I asked for clarification on why I was the one being rescheduled, she was unable to provide a clear answer. Additionally, after I briefly explained my situation, she asked me the same question again, which made it seem like she wasn’t fully paying attention. That lack of attentiveness left me feeling that my time and concerns were not valued. And she still proceeds to say "if I have time I will make sure I call you first" which definietly did not make it any better It’s unfortunate, because up until this point I’ve never had any issues. While I still appreciate the overall service I’ve received over the years, this particular experience was frustrating and disappointing. She did provide me with an email address to email her, but after this encounter I do not have any trust in her."
